Below is the registration form.  Be sure to have your TXSRT membership number.  If you do not have it handy, please log-in and view your membership card.  If you have difficulties pulling up your membership, please contact the TXSRT Executive Office Manager.  If you are not a member of TXSRT, you can either join TXSRT on our membership page before filling out your registration form, or you can pay a $35.00 registration fee if you do not want to join TXSRT at this time.  A one-year membership with TXSRT is $35.00, so please consider joining!.  If you are not a member and wish to pay at the door, please check that box so we can reserve a place for your at the event.
