The Texas Society of Radiologic Technologists, Inc. (TXSRT) is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit society, and we appreciate your support.  Below are the different levels of support you can give and how TXSRT will let our members know of your generous contributions.

Vendor Table Only $200 includes:

• 1 6-foot table
• Logo on website and program
• Recognition during the meeting
• 1 Technologist pass (with CEs)
• Unlimited vendor passes (no CEs)

Silver Level Sponsor $500 includes:

• 1 6-foot table
• Logo on website and program
• Recognition during the meeting
• Optional flyer and swag included in attendee registration package (materials provided by the sponsor in advance – due by March 15,2024)
• 2 Technologist passes (with CEs)
• Unlimited vendor passes (no CEs)

Gold Level Sponsor $1000 includes:

• Up to 2 6-foot tables grouped together if requested in advance
• Logo on website and program
• Recognition during the meeting
• Optional flyer and swag included in attendee registration package (materials provided by the sponsor in advance – due by March 15, 2024)
• 3 Technologist passes (with CEs)
• Unlimited vendor passes (no CEs)
• Recognition for the refreshment catering

Platinum Level Sponsor $2000 includes:

• Up to 4 6-foot tables grouped together if requested in advance
• Logo on website and program
• Recognition during the meeting
• Optional flyer and swag included in attendee registration package (materials provided by the sponsor in advance – due by March 15, 2024)
• Technologist passes (with CEs) for all technologist staff
• Unlimited vendor passes (no CEs)
• Recognition for sponsoring meals or social events

ADD-ON – Student Contest Sponsor $300:

• This can be added to any Vendor Table Only, Silver Level, Gold Level, or Platinum Level Sponsorship
• This add-on does not come with a table or any passes
• Your company will sponsor one of the student contests.  You may choose the specific contest if it is still available.  An example would be “The Award of Excellence Essay Contest Sponsored by the X-Ray Corporation of America.”  This will appear in the program, all announcements, and the website.
• A representative of your company may present the awards to the students.

Student Organization Tables:

• The host school will receive a complimentary table for their student organization to sell items for fundraising (T-shirts, etc.)
• Other schools will be offered the opportunity to have a table at a reduced cost of $50.00 for fundraising. Please note, this table is for student fundraising only. If you wish to recruit for your program/school, you will need to purchase a vendor table.

Student Scholarship Sponsor $500 minimum add-on to any vendor/sponsor level:

• Add-on only – does not come with a vendor table or registration.
• Encouraged to make a multi-year commitment.
• Recognition on the Annual Meeting program, on the award, and on the website with a dedicated page listing each annual award recipient with company name and logo.
