2024 Hotel Information for Annual Meeting

Hotel Information

          • We have made arrangements with four hotels for special rates during the Annual Meeting.
          • All hotels are within five minutes of the Tarrant County College Trinity River Campus. 
          • All rates are for April 11-12, 2024, although you may have a shorter stay if you like.
          • You must make all booking reservations directly with the hotels.
          • Pay attention to the deadlines as these rates are only good for a short period of time.
          • TXSRT has no affiliation with any of the hotels, we have done this as a convenience to you. You are not required to register with these hotels.  They are nice hotels and close to campus, but it is your choice where to stay.
          • All prices do not include taxes, fees, and parking.  Ask the hotel what these are.  All prices are per night.
