Thank you for participating in the 92nd Annual Meeting & Educational Symposium which will be held April 20 – 23, 2023 on the campus of Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas!

The Texas Society of Radiologic Technologist, Inc. (TXSRT) is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit society, and we appreciate your support.  Below are the different levels of support you can give, and how TXSRT will let our members know of your generous contributions.

Vendor Table Only $200 includes:

• 1 6-foot table
• Logo on website and program
• Recognition during the meeting
• 2 Vendor/Sponsor passes

Student Competition Sponsor $300 includes:

• All of the above Vendor Level items
• Recognition during the student competitions on Friday, April 21.

Silver Level Sponsor $500 includes:

• All of the above Bronze Level Sponsor items
• Optional flyer included in attendee registration package (materials provided by vendor)
• Recognition for the refreshment catering

Gold Level Sponsor $1000 includes:

• All of the above Silver Level Sponsor items
• Recognition for catering lunch

Platinum Level Sponsor $2000 includes:

• All of the above Gold Level Sponsor items
• Recognition for sponsoring a social event

Note: if you are interested in sponsoring a student contest, there will be an option to include this during your check-out. If you are mailing a check, please include both the vendor/sponsor fee and $300.00 for the student contest sponsorship. Please note, the Student Organization Table is only available for student organizations to sell fundraising merchandise. The table may not be used for promoting the school or program itself. Programs wanting to recruit must buy a vendor table or better. If you have questions, contact the EOM.
