This year's conference is hybrid. The cost to attend is the same either way. Zoom participants will be sent a link prior to the event and will be required to fill out an online post-presentation survey after each presentation to receive credit. Zoom participants will have a CE certificate emailed to them 2-3 weeks after the annual meeting. Zoom participants will not be able to vote during business meetings and will not be eligible for any prizes.

Will you moderate a presentation? *

Moderators help scan attendees' badges prior to the presentation and stamp forms after the presentation. Some moderators may be asked to read a prepared script before the presentation with the rules and bio of the speaker. Please answer YES if you can do this, or NO if you cannot, or answer NO if you are attending via Zoom.

Are you bringing a paid guest? *

Guests may attend all events including lunches, dinners, and social events, but may not earn CE credits. Guests require a paid guest admission, and must be accompanied by a paid technologist admission.
