2022 Vendor & Sponsor Information and Registration
Thank you for participating in the 91st Annual Meeting & Educational Symposium which will be held April 7 – 9, 2022 on the campus of Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas!
The Texas Society of Radiologic Technologist, Inc. (TXSRT) is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit society, and we appreciate your support. Below are the different levels of support you can give, and how TXSRT will let our members know of your generous contributions.
Vendor Table Only $200 includes:
- 1 6-foot table
- Logo on website and program
- Recognition during the meeting
- 2 Vendor/Sponsor passes
Student Competition Sponsor $250 includes:
- All of the above Vendor Level items
- Recognition during the student competitions on Friday, April 8.
Bronze Level Sponsor $300 includes:
- All of the above Student Competition Sponsor items
- Recognition during one speaker presentation
Silver Level Sponsor $500 includes:
- All of the above Bronze Level Sponsor items
- Optional flyer included in attendee registration package
- Recognition for the refreshment catering
Gold Level Sponsor $1000 includes:
- All of the above Silver Level Sponsor items
- Recognition for catering lunch
Platinum Level Sponsor $2000 includes:
- All of the above Gold Level Sponsor items
- Recognition for sponsoring a social event

We need these materials no later than March 15 for inclusion in this year’s meeting. If you need additional vendor/sponsor badges, you can also email President.Elect@TXSRT.ORG.
